Nicole Teo Huei Ying

Managing Partner

Nicole is a corporate lawyer with significant experience in corporate and commercial transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as equity capital market transactions. She advises clients across a broad spectrum of industries such as manufacturing, import-export, trading, money services, construction, utilities, logistics, and real estate investment trusts (REITs).

She has acted on a wide range of corporate exercises, including company acquisitions, takeovers, strategic investments, and transactions involving both foreign and domestic investors. Nicole also has experience in equity fund-raising exercises such as rights issues with warrants, private placements, employee share option schemes (ESOS), and initial public offerings (IPOs).

Beyond transactional matters, Nicole regularly advises on corporate restructuring and compliance issues, including those relating to general corporate governance, employment law, anti-bribery and corruption, and anti-money laundering regulations.

Her practical and commercial approach ensures clients receive tailored legal solutions aligned with their business objectives.

Sabrina Chang Hui San

Partner

Sabrina is a dispute resolution lawyer with expertise in commercial law, employment law, construction law, and intellectual property law. 

She began her legal career at one of Malaysia’s largest law firms, focusing on intellectual property matters, before joining a prominent dispute resolution firm where she gained extensive experience in commercial litigation. She later joined a leading employment law firm, advising and representing both employers and employees across a wide spectrum of employment-related issues, including unfair dismissal, industrial relations, and compliance with employment legislation. 

Sabrina’s clientele ranges from multinational corporations to small medium enterprises and private individuals.  

Sabrina has appeared before the High Court, Appellate Courts, Industrial Court, Customs Appeal Tribunal, and arbitral tribunals. Her diverse background and experience enable her to approach disputes with a strategic, well-rounded, and solutions-driven perspective, consistently delivering practical and business-oriented outcomes for clients.
