Sabrina is a dispute resolution lawyer with expertise in commercial law, employment law, construction law, and intellectual property law. 

She began her legal career at one of Malaysia’s largest law firms, focusing on intellectual property matters, before joining a prominent dispute resolution firm where she gained extensive experience in commercial litigation. She later joined a leading employment law firm, advising and representing both employers and employees across a wide spectrum of employment-related issues, including unfair dismissal, industrial relations, and compliance with employment legislation. 

Sabrina’s clientele ranges from multinational corporations to small medium enterprises and private individuals.  

Sabrina has appeared before the High Court, Appellate Courts, Industrial Court, Customs Appeal Tribunal, and arbitral tribunals. Chris Lim is a disputes resolution lawyer specialising in corporate and commercial litigation. His practice encompasses a broad spectrum of contentious disputes, including shareholders’ disputes, breach of trust and statutory duties, contractual disputes, civil fraud, banking and insolvency, insurance, property, construction, and other tortious claims such as defamation, conspiracy, malicious prosecution, dishonest assistance, and legal professional negligence.

Chris has acted in complex and high-stakes disputes across all tiers of the Malaysian courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings. He is known for his strategic approach and ability to navigate multifaceted legal and commercial issues.

Prior to joining Ying & Partners, Chris practised at several established dispute resolution firms, including Legal 500 Tier 1 and Tier 3 law firms.

Chris is a contributor to the Malaysian Civil Procedure, 2024. He is passionate about sharing knowledge and skills with the profession. Chris regularly participates as a judge in mooting competitions, supporting and mentoring the next generation of lawyers.
